Prices and payment
At webbutiken.info, each item is listed with price including VAT. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment. Payment terms are stated in the shopping cart depending on the chosen payment method. Webbutiken.info collaborates with Payson. Payment is made through Payson with card, invoice, payment solutions and bank transfer. The shipping price and delivery time are stated at checkout.
Shipping
The shipping fee varies depending on the volume and weight of the package, and whether the product is a stock item. Normal shipping for stock items is SEK 75 to Sweden. Delivery time

Uncollected packages
Remember that your package is only left at your delivery point for a maximum of 14 days in Sweden. Uncollected packages are returned to webbutiken.info. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge customer costs for return shipping, handling fee and handling fee. Right of withdrawal

Change
Do you want to change the size or color of an item? The offer is valid for up to 14 days after you receive your package. When exchanging, the item must be sent in original condition. The product must be unused and have original packaging and labels / tags must be attached to the product. Place a new order on the item you want to change to, that way your new order is handled immediately and you get your new item home as quickly as possible. Then contact customer service and state your new order number and what you want to return. You will then receive a return slip back from us via e-mail. We therefore handle the "exchange" as a return and a completely new order.
Change in order
Once a purchase has been completed, it is not possible to change the order once it has been processed. If you want to make changes, contact customer service.
About PaysonFaktura
We offer the payment method "PaysonFaktura" in collaboration with Payson AB. Payment terms are 14 days and for invoice purchases a fee of SEK 24 will be added. To be able to order against an invoice, you must have turned 18 and be registered in Sweden and approved in the credit check that is carried out at the time of purchase. The invoice will be sent separately by e-mail to the e-mail address you specify at the time of purchase. In the event of late payment, we will send a payment reminder, in which case a statutory reminder fee of SEK 60 will be added. We also charge interest on arrears at 2% per month from the due date of the invoice. In the event of non-payment, the case is submitted for collection, whereby a statutory collection fee of currently SEK 180 will be added. Payson reserves the right in individual cases to refuse delivery and reconsider the customer's creditworthiness.
Information about the right of withdrawal
According to the Distance and Home Sales Act in Sweden, you as a consumer (this does not apply to companies) have the right to withdraw from the agreement by notifying us of this within 14 days of receiving the product. In order for you to be able to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product in undamaged condition, in original packaging. When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return cost.

When paying with PaysonFaktura, the invoice will be pledged to Payson and then to SVEA Ekonomi AB, 556489-2924.
